Welcome to Spiritual Wedding Officiant (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, purchasing, or participating in any ceremony, consultation, or related service (“Services”), you (“Client”) agree to these legally binding Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
We perform wedding officiation, ceremony planning, and spiritual guidance. Services are provided in good faith and in compliance with California law.
2. Payments & Refund Policy
All bookings require payment in full to confirm your date.
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes cancellations, postponements, or dissatisfaction with the outcome.
If the officiant cannot attend due to verified emergency, illness, accident, or force-majeure event, we will make reasonable efforts to assign a qualified substitute.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for:
Securing all required marriage licenses, permits, and witnesses.
Providing accurate event information (location, date, time, contacts).
Ensuring event safety and accessibility for the officiant.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in delay, denial of service, or forfeiture of fees.
4. Photo & Video Release
By attending, participating in, or booking any Service, Client grants Spiritual Wedding Officiant and its agents an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, or distribute any photographs, video, or audio recordings captured before, during, or after the ceremony, for promotional, advertising, testimonial, or educational purposes in all media, including online, print, and social media.
If you do not consent, you must provide written notice at least 14 days prior to your ceremony. Absent such notice, consent is deemed granted.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its owners, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by Client for the officiant fee.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, illness, transportation failure, acts of God, or government restrictions.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall first be attempted through good-faith mediation in Orange County, California. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
9. Updates
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of Services signifies acceptance.
